Why undergo Panchakarma

Panchakarma is suitable if you:

  • feel fatigue, tension, or exhaustion
  • notice disturbances in sleep, digestion, or breathing
  • live in constant stress or control
  • seek a deep yet gentle reset

This is not a quick fix.
It is a conscious process of recovery.

How Panchakarma works

Panchakarma gently affects all levels

The program is tailored individually after a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor and progresses gradually, without violence to the body.
